Happy Lemon

Happy Lemon!

Since the day is still young, we decided to try the much hyped about Happy Lemon in Greenhills after having our late breakfast in Pan de Amerikana.

Happy Lemon started in 2006 in Hong Kong and now has over 100 outlets spread across China, Australia, Singapore and other countries and now, including the Philippines.

 Enthusiasts :)

It's at the Promenade in Greenhills, near a parking space. The inside was kinda small, with low chairs and tables while the outside offered more seats for Happy Lemon enthusiasts. Haha! :D

Wink! Wink! ^_^

Happy! :)

You could easily spot Happy Lemon, with the big logo of a happy, winking, yellow haired girl's face. Such a cute logo/character for a beverage shop! =D

THE MENU

Variety!

Large - Regular - Hot

They served one-of-a-kind drinks, based from a creative infusion of coffee, tea, cocoa and lemon! Prices range from 60 to 100php.

ON THE TABLE

Brochure/Menu

Since we did not know what drinks to order, we just chose one from the brochure available on the counter. The drinks were grouped into lemon series, rock salt and cheese, milk tea, mousse spin, cocoa & coffee, specialty drinks and fresh tea. Tey also offered add-ons like:

10php - pearl sago, seaweed jelly, malt,
perilla, brown sugar jelly, nata de coco,
aloe, mesona jelly, kanten jelly

15php - adzuki bean, pudding

25php - for an extra shot of coffee

We chose the following since they had were the recommended ones. =p

Green Tea with Rock Salt and Cheese

Green Tea with Rock Salt and Cheese [90php]. Note: If the cup doesn't have a cover, drink straight from it, don't use a straw and don't mix. Haha! :D The green tea was too strong for our taste. It took both of us and about an hour to finish it. Hehe! ;p

Cocoa with Rock Salt and Cheese

Cocoa with Rock Salt and Cheese [100php]. This was a better version of the first drink we ordered! Thanks Tonie! It was sweet and cheesy/salty! An odd but perfect combination! :)

Crispy Cocoa Matcha with Brown Sugar Jelly

Crispy Cocoa Matcha with Brown Sugar Jelly [100php]. Another tea drink that was too string for our taste buds. We'd order the coffee and cocoa based drinks next time. :)

TEA EXPERIENCE

Happy everyday indeed! :)

Though our orders were not to our liking, we'd love to go back to try the other creative and yummy (coffee/cocoa-based) drinks! ;) Thanks Tonie for introducing us to Happy Lemon! :)

Happy Lemon to go =p

  1. My sister wanted me to try this at Eastwood Mall but there were so many people and the line was too long... I decided to try it another day. Their drinks look really interesting though.
